Refunds and Return Policy

1. Refund Policy

Senoia Golf Carts Shop is dedicated to giving our clients the greatest golf carts available along with the best customer support. Since we recognize that plans don’t always work out, we provide a welcoming return and refund policy.

To be eligible for a refund, your golf cart must be returned within 30 days of purchase, in new, unused condition, and in its original packaging.

To get a refund, please do the following:

  1. To obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, email customer support at contact@senoiagolfcarts.us at Senoia Golf Carts Shop.
  2. Return your golf cart to Senoia Golf Carts Shop with the RMA number visible on the outside of the packaging, fully paid and insured.
  3. Senoia Golf Carts Shop will handle your return after receiving and inspecting your golf cart or accessory.

Refunds are paid back to the original payment method and are normally processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned golf cart. Please get in touch with Senoia Golf Carts Shop customer service if you have any inquiries concerning the progress of your reimbursement.

2. Return Policy

To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA), please contact one of our friendly staff members or send us an email at contact@senoiagolfcarts.us. or call at +1 770-727-9095. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Once you receive an RMA number, you must send the item back to the designated address.

  • The consumer is responsible for paying for the return of the goods.
  • COD packages and freight collection will not be allowed.
  • The dealer assembly is not refundable if the client wishes to return the product after the dealer has assembled it. Not an exception.
  • If the item is somewhat used or does not come with the original box or manual, that is totally acceptable. With a little deduction from your refund for the items that are missing, we can nevertheless handle your return request. We do not accept any vehicle returned with damage.
  • A 0% restocking fee, based on the item’s condition.
  •  reconditioned item sales are final.
  • You cannot return your vehicle for a refund or replacement if you have used it after it has been yours for longer than 50 days. The car or its parts can be sent to us at your own cost, and we’ll fix them and return them to you at our expense.
  • Returns made after six months or without authorization may be charged a restocking cost of more than 50%.
  • For the sake of keeping our prices as low as possible and ensuring your complete satisfaction, we do not offer a refund or reimbursement for our shipping costs. This covers the first shipment as well as the return freight costs. Your refund will be less than the original freight cost.
  • If your item has not yet been dispatched, you have the option to cancel your order. There will be a 0% cancellation fee, though.

We are sure that your purchase from the Senoia Golf Carts Shop will meet your needs. But do get in touch with us, and we’ll work with you to find a solution if, for any reason, you’re not happy with your golf cart or accessory.

Note this, please:

  • All returns are subject to a 0% restocking fee.
  • Damaged or mistreated golf carts are not returnable.
