Shipping Policy

1. Free Delivery

For some of our products, Senoia Golf Carts offers free shipping. If free shipping is available, it covers the majority of locations within the continental United States. It excludes all international locations as well as US territories like Hawaii and Alaska. Additionally, it excludes a few isolated regions of the US mainland. Please email contact@senoiagolfcarts.us to reach our customer service staff if you have any questions about the area in where you reside. (Note: It is extremely uncommon for the free shipping offer to apply to a location located in the continental United States. The most popular ones are Manhattan and islands that are only accessible by boat or aircraft.

2. Shipping Times

Delivery times for most things (over 5 lbs) range from 3 to 10 days from the time of collection, depending on where you live.

3. 30 DAYS / 500 MILES MONEY BACK GUARANTEE!

Senoia Golf Carts strives to provide excellent customer service, and we want our customers to be completely happy. If for any reason you’re not completely happy, you can return the item within 30 days or 500 miles, whichever comes first, and receive a complete refund of the price you paid (excluding handling, delivery, and any other additional costs).

4. Return Policy Agreement

To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA), please contact one of our friendly employees by phone at contact@senoiagolfcarts.us or via email. Returns without an RMA number won’t be accepted. It is your responsibility to return the item to the designated address after you receive an RMA number. The customer is responsible for paying for the return of the merchandise.

Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted.

If the customer wants to return the product after the dealer has constructed it, the dealer assembly is not refundable. Not an anomaly.

It is OK for an item to be somewhat used or to lack the original instructions and packing. With a little deduction from your refund for the items that are missing, we can nevertheless handle your return request. Returns of golf carts with damage are not accepted by Senoia Golf Carts.

4. 0% restocking fee based on the item's condition.

Items that are damaged, have undergone any form of alteration, or have been used or maintained differently from what the manufacturer recommends will not be eligible for returns under this warranty.

Items that are refurbished are not covered by this guarantee. All reconditioned item sales are final.

You won’t be able to return your golf cart for a refund or exchange if you’ve used it for more than 50 days after receiving it. The golf cart or its parts can be sent to us at your own cost, and we will repair and return it to you at our expense.

Returns made after six months or without authorization may be subject to a 50% restocking fee.

We don’t refund or compensate for shipping costs for any reason since we want to keep you happy and offer our lowest possible rates. This covers the first shipping as well as the return freight costs. Your refund will be less the original freight cost.

If your item has not yet been dispatched, you have the option to cancel your order. There will be no cancellation fees, though.
